Holko Enercon has been installing energy-efficient roofing systems since 1977. Many of the systems we offer are specifically designed to reduce cooling costs and lower your building’s overall energy consumption. Our products carry the reflectivity factor required for an Energy Star® rating — which means they can lower your rooftop surface temperature by up to 50°F and significantly reduce the heat transferred into your building. They also block UVA and UVB rays.

Some building owners have seen up to a 40% decrease in energy consumption during the hottest months of the year after switching to a reflective single-ply roof — along with a surface temperature difference of up to 50°F compared to darker systems like Gravel Built-Up, Black EPDM, and aluminum-coated surfaces.
